Chris Anderson has been selected in the England squad to face Scotland in 2005. He is the first player from Riga to become a senior international whilst playing for the club. The matches, for the Carol Russell trophy, take place at the Kelvin Hall, Glasgow from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th December 2005. |

1980's, and went on to play for, then coach the Republic of Ireland side.
He is now the president of the Irish Volleyball Association |

Steve moved down to play for Speedwell II after his spell with Riga in the early 1980's and played several games for Wales. |
