Royal Mail sponsor Ladies 2nd team

Royal Mail have donated £500 to the team to enable them to buy new kit (tracksuits, shorts and tops). Sarah Halling and Ruth Saunders worked on submitting the bid and were delighted to hear that this company have offered to support the team.

Royal Mail are well known for sponsoring volleyball and were the main sponsors of the Whitefield tournament for over 10 years - support that was worth over £25K to this event.

Sarah works for Royal Mail and used a wide selection of material from the club web site to support the application. If anyone else would like to see the submission to help them support a sponsorship request then please drop an email.

Royal Mail have given another £350 in sponsorship to the club and some of the money is going to be used to buy outdoor posts and a new net which will benefit the whole club.

August 2003

Royal Mail sponsorship of Riga Volleyball club has topped the thousand pound mark with a 3rd successful bid for funding. This company have committed another £250 to the club, which is in addition to their previous support of £500 and £350 earlier this year.

The money will go to club wide kit like new volleyballs.

July 2004

Royal Mail have offered another £300 in sponsorship to the ladies 2 team. Rumour has it that they are going to buy coach Boughton a new track suit with some of the proceeds - and doesn't he need one!
