September 2010 saw Volleyball England re-brand its elite National League as ‘Super 8s’. Coventry & Warwick Riga Men were among the inaugural Super 8s and will again be competing for the National title in the 2011/2012 season.
Coventry & Warwick Riga Men are currently seeking new sponsors for the upcoming season. With the London 2012 Olympics just around the corner, this is a great opportunity to sponsor a team in one of the most watched sports.
Volleyball continues to be the world's second biggest participation sport with over 1bn players. The typical volleyball player is well educated (often graduate level), technically savvy and an above average earner aged between 16 and 40 (although currently our Club members range from 10 to 80).
